Most marketing leaders focus on campaigns.
I focus on the strategic backbone that makes campaigns matter.
My career has been spent inside healthcare technology companies at pivotal moments—IPO preparation, rapid growth, acquisitions, and market repositioning.
I loved being an in-house CMO. Deeply. But a pattern kept emerging: growth-stage organizations hit the same inflection point. They’ve outgrown scrappy marketing but aren’t ready for a $400K executive bet. They need someone who’s been through it; not someone who’s going to learn on their dime.
Those experiences shaped the approach behind Alpenglow Summit.
Clients typically bring me in when:
• marketing activity has outpaced strategy
• leadership needs a unified narrative
• a company is preparing for scale or funding
• marketing needs executive-level leadership
I hold a Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Nebraska and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Montana State University-Billings. I won Silicon Slopes CMO of the Year a few years ago working alongside an amazing team of marketers.
I enjoy reading, yoga, running, hiking, and anything outdoors. I also serve on several non-profit boards, including Utah HIMSS and the Sage Canyon Autism Foundation (co-founded with my husband, Damon). Most of all, I love hanging with my two kids, Ainsley and Fletcher. We live in Salt Lake City.
